Online Ordering and Payment Methods

We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and all Novus Cards (i.e. Discover, Bravo). Some products may ship C.O.D.

You may call ahead for shipping charges and then prepay your order.

A Fax Order Form may be printed and faxed to us.



Direct Advantage specializes in meeting your custom requirements. In order to insure the best prices, each quote request is carefully reviewed and may take up to 48 hours. Acceptance of a quotation is indication that the quote has been approved per the specifications listed. Direct Advantage will not be responsible for any discrepancies overlooked during the customer's review process.



Standard Ground UPS shipping charges will be applied in the cart for all items that ship UPS (minimum $ 9.95 shipping charge). Because many of our items are too large for UPS and must ship via a freight carrier, a manual shipping calculation must be done to ensure the lowest possible shipping amount. You have the option to request the shipping quote prior to charging your credit card, or you may choose to process your order as long as shipping charges do not exceed 15% of your invoice total. Orders are processed the next business day


All products ship F.O.B. factory at the customer's expense unless otherwise quoted. Preferred shipment method is UPS. Certain products must ship Common Carrier, which will be chosen to the best of our abilities unless otherwise requested. All orders requiring Common Carrier charges will be quoted by our customer service department before processing. Specific shipment dates are not guaranteed due to possible conditions beyond our control. We reserve the right to hold shipment of all open orders to customers whose account is past due.


Account Registration

Online registration takes a few minutes, and then allows customers to immediately place orders. There is no obligation to buy. As stated in Policy and Security, we will not release personally identifiable information about our customers at any time through any means to any vendors or third parties without your expressly written permission. To register, you must have a valid email address, which will become the account username.

Returns and Cancellations

All orders are considered firm orders. All returns and cancellations must be authorized by Direct Advantage in advance and are subject to round trip shipping charges and restocking fees. Materials being returned must be in saleable condition and should be insured. You are responsible for all materials invoiced. If you need to cancel an order, you must obtain a cancellation order number from a customer service representative. If product has shipped, or a custom order is in process, we may not be able to fulfill your request.


Damaged Goods

Please inspect merchandise immediately upon delivery and report any damage. Damaged or lost merchandise claims must be filed with the carrier within 10 days of receipt of good. Once the product leaves a warehouse, it becomes property of the customer.


Please follow these steps when receiving products:

1. Check the number of items. If you are short a package, please note it on the carrier's delivery receipt.

2. Give a detailed inspection of damage. If the carton appears to be damaged in any way, make sure you open and inspect goods thoroughly before carrier leaves. If there is damage, note it on the delivery receipt and call customer service immediately.
Even if damaged, Don't Refuse the Shipment!
